We offer coolie lampshades in over 70 on trend colours of Cotton, Linen and Velvet.
All of our Coolie lampshades come with a White lining or can be finished with an optional metallic in Gold Silver or Copper.
Imperial Lighting also has the ability to print your own design to then create into a coolie shade to create a unique feature shade.
Each colour of these coolie lampshades is available in eight different sizes, 10”, 12”, 14”, 16”, 18”, 20”, 22” and an extra large 24”.
If you are replacing an existing coolie light shade then firstly measure the diameter (at the largest part) of the top. Secondly measure the bottom of your current coolie shade. Finally measure the height or the slant of the coolie lampshade.
This should help you figure out the size of your replacement coolie shade. If you do not have a coolie light shade then follow these simple steps to choose the correct size.
Choose a coolie light shade that is double the width of the base. For maximum impact the shade should be about 40% of the overall heigh once it is on the base. Also ensure that the coolie lampshade you choose is long enough to cover the lamp fittings.

The coolie lampshades are also available in numerous colours ranging from neutral shades including ivory and white going through to earthy colours including willow and herb to brighter shades or red and green and lovely darker shades of blue as well as grey and black. We have everything in-between to suit all design styles. You are also able to customise the linings to your own.

The extra large coolie lampshade measures 60cm in diameter. This can be a great feature for rooms within the house such as the hallway or larger open plan kitchen areas. These larger coolie light shades make a great feature in all spaces. Extra large coolie lampshades suit hotel communal spaces and can also feature your design or colour scheme. Our coolie light shades are a great choice as a lampshade for all spaces.
We recommend using a 60W lightbulb or an energy saving lightbulb up to 12w in our light shades. However, if you wish to create a softer lighting feel with your lampshade we suggest using frosted lamps. The coolie shade also comes complete with a dual purpose fitting to fit all UK table lamps.
