    Goods purchased from Imperial Lighting Ltd are delivered via a courier service and delivery is free for most UK mainland orders over £50. Please note that we do not ship outside of the UK. Delivery charges will apply for UK offshore locations and certain remote areas, which will be calculated based on your postcode and added to your total at checkout. We will make every effort to ensure that our courier service provider delivers your goods according to schedule. However, Imperial Lighting Ltd cannot be held liable for any inconvenience or additional costs resulting from delays in delivery.

If there are any missing items from your order, please notify us within 5 working days of receipt. After this period, our couriers will not accept any claims for delivery errors, and we will be unable to assist you in resolving the issue.

By taking these steps, you can ensure the product meets your needs, as once production begins, returns and refunds are not possible due to the bespoke nature of our lampshades.

  1. Faulty Goods
    If any goods purchased from Imperial Lighting Ltd are found to be faulty, we will happily replace the goods at no additional cost or, alternatively, offer a refund for the purchase price. Please note that our liability is limited to the cost of the faulty goods, and we cannot be held responsible for any associated costs beyond their supply.

Faulty goods must be reported to Imperial Lighting Ltd within 1 week of receipt, We reserve the right to deny a full refund or replacement for any product that we believe has been damaged after delivery or altered in any way.
