Why choose an oval instead of a round lampshade?
Oval lampshades are ideal for narrow spaces such as sideboards, window sills and bedside tables. Their slimmer profile allows them to fit comfortably without taking up unnecessary space.
What fabrics are available?
Brushed Cotton, Velvet, Cotton, Faux Silk
Choose from plain cotton, brushed cotton, velvet and faux silk in a range of colours. However, colours can look different on screen. Before ordering, request Free Sample samples to compare them at home.
What lining options are available?
Embossed, Mirrored, Brushed
White PVC gives the brightest output, while natural cotton creates a softer glow. In contrast, metallic linings are opaque, directing light through the top and bottom openings.
Metallic options include gold, silver, copper and champagne. However, available linings vary, so check your chosen product before ordering.
Your bulb also affects the tone of the light. For example, warm white bulbs around 2700–3000K give a warmer glow, while higher colour temperatures produce a cooler tone.
