Handmade Retro Drum Lampshades
Each Retro Drum Lampshade is handmade to order in our Devon workshop. Choose your size, outer fabric, colour and lining through the Retro Drum Shade Builder. For example, brushed cotton creates a relaxed finish, while velvet adds richness and faux silk offers a more refined appearance.
Your lining also affects the light. White PVC provides a bright interior, while natural cotton creates softer, diffused light. Alternatively, metallic linings are opaque and direct light through the top and bottom openings. Before ordering, request samples to compare fabrics and linings with your furnishings.

Our Retro Drum Shade Builder offers sizes from 20cm to 100cm. Available sizes vary between products, so check your chosen design before ordering.
Because the shade tapers, compare its top diameter, base diameter and height with your lamp and surrounding space. For example, a wider base can complement a substantial lamp, while a smaller shade may suit a bedside table.
For ceiling lighting, select the pendant fitting option when ordering. The builder specifies compatibility with B22 bayonet and E27 screw lamp holders. If you are unsure which fitting to choose, contact our team before placing your order.
