Create a relaxed, neutral look with our Sand Cone Lampshade, handmade from sand brushed cotton. Crafted in our Devon workshop, it combines a classic tapered shape with a soft, matt finish.
The neutral sand colour complements natural wood, cream fabrics and earthy tones. Pair it with woven textures for a coordinated scheme. Alternatively, use it alongside darker furnishings to introduce a lighter accent.
Each lampshade is handmade to order, with your chosen size, lining and fitting. Use it on a table lamp, floor lamp or ceiling pendant to add soft texture to your room.
Choose Your Sand Cone Lampshade Lining
Personalise your Sand Cone Lampshade with a choice of six interior finishes:
- White PVC – A bright, reflective interior for practical lighting.
- Natural Cotton – A softer, diffused lighting effect.
- Gold – A rich metallic finish.
- Silver – A cooler metallic finish.
- Champagne – A subtle metallic tone.
- Dark Copper – A deep, warm metallic finish.
Metallic linings are opaque, so light does not pass through the sides of the shade. Instead, the interior reflects light through the top and bottom openings. As a result, these linings create a more focused, atmospheric lighting effect.
Your bulb also affects the final tone. For example, warm white and cool white bulbs produce different lighting effects.
Sand Cone Lampshade Sizes and Uses
Our Sand Cone Lampshade is available in nine sizes, from 20cm to 60cm in diameter. Therefore, you can choose the right proportions for your lamp base and room.
Smaller sizes work well on bedside lamps and compact table lamps. Meanwhile, larger sizes suit substantial table lamps, floor lamps and statement ceiling pendants.
The tapered profile adds shape and soft texture to your interior, whether placed on a lamp base or suspended.
Sand Cone Lampshade Fittings
Each cone lampshade includes a dual-purpose fitting ring compatible with:
- B22 (BC) lamp holders
- E27 (ES) lamp holders
Please select Lamp or Pendant when ordering to ensure we provide the correct fitting for your lighting.
The lamp option is suitable for table lamps and floor lamps. Alternatively, choose the pendant option for ceiling use.
